I was never the top of my class. I was never the sharpest, nor was I expected by my peers to exceed in anyway. But to me, this just means I need to work harder. I never give up and even though brighter colleagues dropped out of the class due to difficulty, I stood firm. Even though I received emails, from teachers stating they were worried about me taking the upcoming exam, little did they know I was honing in my skills behind the scenes. 

When I walked out scoring a 95% on the final, I knew I had what it takes. I may appear out of the race at times, but I have what it takes to win at the end.
